Check In - 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Unless other arrangements are made.

Deposit
We require a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit for each cabin.

Rally—Nonrefundable $500.00 deposit.

Cancellation

If canceled 15 days prior to arrival date, half (1/2) of total stay will be nonrfundable and charged to your credit card.

Quiet Time
We want you to have a great time but we request that you respect others. We ask that after 10:00pm til 7:00 am you will keep noise down. Sound does travel through the trees so please try to remember this at all times.

Breakage
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any rental home damages resulting from carelessness or abusive use of the home. There will be no charge for small breakages resulting from normal wear & tear during considerate use of the home.

Please we request you do not move furniture in the homes. If you do need to do so, we ask you please put it back in the original position. We may have to charge you if we need to spend time rearranging the furniture for the next family arriving.

Before departure we request you:

Left items
Please check for any left items. If you find you have left an item please call us immediately. We can ship it to you at a minimum $10.00 charge.

This may seem high for shipping but we need to travel to a Post Office, because we found in the past, people do not send us payment after we have shipped an item.

Hot Tubs: There is no Hot Tub fee, however if the Hot Tub needs to be emptied beyond the regular cycle due to your group there will be an additional $50.00 water and cleaning fee.

PETS: If we find you have smuggled a pet in there will be an additional charge of $100.00 per night per pet.

No Pets – If we find you have smuggled a pet in you will be asked to leave with no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No smoking in the homes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No open fires. NO EXCEPTIONS!
